lovely stay in a great location
central locationnice varietyhelpful staffgreat experience
i really enjoyed my time here. the location was unbeatable for sightseeing by foot. breakfast had nice variety. the staff was helpful and always available, a plus for any traveller.
the bathroom fixtures showed some signs of wear and tear, but it didn't impact the overall experience.

The room i stayed in felt really outdated and quite small. the view from the window wasn't great (it looked out onto a roof). there were not enough power outlets for two guests, and one was far from the bed. i also noticed rust in the shower. It really showed a lack of care for the building.

the hotel location provided easy access to many attractions. the tram was only a five-minute walk away, a convenient feature. the rooftop terrace offered a beautiful view and a pleasant restaurant... breakfast presented many options with friendly staff.
the room shower wasn't working correctly. the bed consisted of two smaller beds pushed together, that created a gap. i could hear noise from both the next room and the corridor easily, which affected sleep.

i found the location excellent for exploring many attractions it was central. the rooftop terrace offered a superb view of the blue mosque a good bonus. the staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout my visit i felt welcomed.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited compared to other hotels i have visited but this was a very minor point.

the reception staff provided prompt assistance with directions and local information they were always available. the breakfast service was efficient with staff readily clearing tables this kept the dining area tidy. they arranged a taxi to the airport for me and it arrived promptly.
